🇧🇪MOSSELEN-MOULES-MUSCHELN-MUSSELS.🇧🇪

Shredded green celeriac, shredded onions, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, mussels, pepper and salt.

That’s all you need to make a delicious mussel recipe!

Melt a knob of butter in a large casserole, ad the vegetables but not the parsley, let them melt without colouring on a low fire, add the prewashed mussels, pepper and salt, cover with a lid, cook on a high fire untill the steam is visible, open and toss, do the same operation thee times, add the parsley and obventionnaly an extra knob of butter, toss for the fourth and las time and serve with fresh 🇧🇪 fried and homemade mayonnaise! Serve with a Stella Artois!
